Acupuncture and Chinese medicine are time-tested systems of holistic healthcare that have been practiced for thousands of years. Rooted in the philosophy of restoring balance and harmony within the body, these treatments address the root causes of illness while alleviating symptoms. Acupuncture involves the gentle insertion of fine, sterile needles at specific points on the body to stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities, improve circulation, and regulate the nervous system. Combined with other Chinese medicine techniques such as cupping, herbal medicine, and dietary recommendations, this approach promotes physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

At Louisville Family Acupuncture, we combine this ancient wisdom with modern knowledge to create a patient-centered, results-driven approach. We take the time to listen to your story, understand your unique needs, and develop a personalized treatment plan that empowers your healing journey. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, support for fertility and pregnancy, or a boost in your overall vitality, Holly and Alex are here for you.

Our mission is to create a space where all individuals feel welcome, supported, and heard. We work with you to restore balance, build resilience, and unlock your body’s innate ability to heal.
